What is the best thing that has ever happened to you?
Being raised by a single-mother is probably the best thing that has ever happened to me.
It has made me stronger and it has made me a better woman than I could ever ask to be. It has also taught me so much about work ethic and how to grind when you may be struggling.
What is your favorite part about being a woman?
I think the best part about being a woman is the platform that we have to be able to speak out on injustices. The way that women can rally together to be able to unite as one force to make a change is incredibly inspiring.
Women in prior generations did not have these freedoms and it’s a true blessing to have them now.
Who is your favorite role model?
My favorite role model is my mother. As a single mother, she has always done whatever it takes to provide for my sisters and me.
She is so raw with us, she teaches us how to learn and move on from our mistakes and teaches us what it takes to thrive in this world. And I will forever be thankful for that.
What is your dream in life?
My dream is to be an online influencer and work in fashion marketing/public relations.
Are you following your dream?
I am definitely following my dreams! I definitely think my major and double-minor express me following my dreams.
I also have a Youtube channel and try to put effort into my Instagram in order to brand myself.
Have you ever been published in a print or digital magazine before?
In high school I was interviewed on my local news channel for Athlete of the Week, does that count? hahaha
What’s your favorite clothing brands/stores?
H&M, Urban Outfitters, TJ Maxx, thrift stores for sure.
What’s your “happy place”?
I definitely think that I have more than one happy place, but if I had to pick one I think it would be routine.
I love getting myself into a daily routine, it makes me feel organized and makes me feel more productive. This in turn gives me a more positive and motivated mindset!
What’s most important to you?
My family is the most important thing on this planet to me. Without my family I would not be who I am today and I would not be where I am today.
I know that is such a cliche answer but I am genuinely so blessed to come from such an awesome family who does so much for me.
What’s the worst line a guy has ever used on you?
Told me that I have daddy issues and that he can be the only daddy I’ll need. I literally rolled my eyes as I say that!
What’s your dream car?
A custom Mercedes G Wagon 4×4, khaki green colored with black rims, red brake calibers, tan leather interior with custom black stitching, and tinted windows!
Have you ever traveled out of your home country?
Yes! I went on a cruise to the Bahamas when I was younger with my family.
It was a Disney Cruise and I do not remember it super well. But I do have lots of travel plans for 2019-2020!
Are you a “tom-boy” or a “girly-girl”?
I am definitely both!! I love makeup and skin care and fashion and taking selfies with my girls and having cute girls nights.
But I also love to workout and sweat and I am not afraid to wear a pair of vans with a gown hahaha!
Do you have a favorite Kardashian sister?
Kylie is my absolute favorite. She is so funny and so talented. People can say they don’t have talent as much as they want, it’s easy to just grow up and have money and do nothing with it.
But to grow up and use that money to create such a huge brand for herself, literally a multimillion dollar company…. That is seriously iconic and she isn’t even 22 yet.
I just love Kylie.
Have you ever gotten plastic surgery?
No I have not, but I am all for enhancing your features or fixing your insecurities!
I personally plan on getting botox and light filler when I have money.
And I don’t know if this counts as “plastic surgery” but I do want eyebrow microblading done and I also want laser treatments to help the acne scarring/dark spots on my face!
What do you want to be remembered as?
I want to be remembered as someone who was genuine to everyone I met and someone who could get shit done. I want to be the girl that people look at and are like, “I want to be her, she accomplished her dream.”
