What is the best thing that has ever happened to you?

The best thing that has ever happened to me is meeting my boyfriend Nicholas Scott.

Since meeting him, I won a world title in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I’ve received my black belt in Brazilian Jiu- Jitsu, I made my debut on the Eddie Bravo Invitational which showed on UFC Fight Pass, and most importantly, he supports my platform that STRONG IS BEAUTIFUL.

What is your favorite part about being a woman?

My favorite part of being a woman is being a strong one!

Social media nowadays is so influential, and I feel like it has been influencing the youth in such a detrimental way and being a woman allows me the opportunity to influence young women in a positive way.

Who is your favorite role model?

My favorite role model is Brooke Ence. She is strong, beautiful, and not afraid to be herself. Every woman should be as confident as Brooke Ence and that is what I aspire to be.

What is your dream in life?

My dream is to become multiple time Black Belt World Champion in BJJ and then retire to a successful gym incorporating BJJ and strength and conditioning.

Are you following your dream?

I am absolutely following my dream! I am just in the beginning stages it seems like. It is a lot of hard work.

Training is a full-time job; however, I have a very supportive family and a dedicated boyfriend who will do anything to help me succeed.

I must trust the process and that will ensure my dreams do come true!

Have you ever been published in a print or digital magazine before?

I have been briefly mentioned in a few BJJ articles in regard to my recent success; however, I have not been interviewed before and I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity!

If you could only eat one meal – or food – for the rest of your life… What would it be?

If I could only eat one more meal for the rest of my life, it would be Korean BBQ. All you can eat of course!

Name one place in the world that you haven’t been to, but are dying to visit.

I have not been to Rio De Janiero, Brazil and I’ve been dying to visit.

What’s most important to you?

The most important thing to me is making those who are rooting for me proud.

What’s the worst line a guy has ever used on you?

“I think I’ve seen you before!” “Oh yeah, where?” “Walking towards me on our wedding day.” LOL!

Tell us a random fact about yourself.

I used to sing the National Anthem in high school.

Have you ever traveled out of your home country?

When I was 7 years old, I traveled to Mexico City, Mexico to meet extended family. I was too young to appreciate the culture, but I enjoyed being around family from a different heritage.

What type of style would you say fits you best or that you wear the most?

My style strictly consists of workout clothes. Fabletics, Lululemon, Nike, Reebok, my wonderful sponsor Want vs Need, and all things training related!

Do you have a favorite Kardashian sister?

I do not have a favorite Kardashian sister.

I personally do not respect what they represent and I believe they are a huge reason women have body-shaming issues.

Have you ever gotten plastic surgery?

I have not gotten plastic surgery. I will never get anything done. I am happy and confident with who I am without surgery and that’s my personal preference.

Everyone is different.

My physique goals can be achieved with hard work in the gym and kitchen.

What do you want to be remembered as?

I want to be remembered as a strong, confident, happy woman who stopped at nothing to accomplish her dreams. I want women to embrace their strength when remembering me. I want to be remembered as someone you can look up to.
